As children, many of us have dreamed of magical places where we would have some wild adventures with a few cool friends whom we just met in a fantasy world. These friends would take us for who we are and of course, these wild adventures would be lots of fun without a care in the world. Let's admit that most of these fantasies were inspired by movies which we saw as children and most of them would mix real life with fantasy. Movies like Mary Poppins (1964), Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), Space Jam (1996) and many more, made us believe that the world is full of magic and it's actually possible to meet some fantasy creatures in the real world. Even though these movies ensured crowded movie theaters, as we grew up we realized that this magic is not so common in the real world. However, one artist refused to grow up so he decided to use the magic of Photoshop to blend himself into the magical world of Disney.

Luigi Kemo Volo is a graphic designer and illustrator from Bacoli, Naples in Italy. He's best known for his photo montages where he magically inserts Disney characters into real life as if they were real people. Since he was a child, he has always loved Disney movies and was a big fan of many Disney characters. He was also very passionate about drawing - comics and animations - which led to the creation of this series.

However, fortune was not always on Kemo's side as his creative desires were difficult to fulfill due to his financial constraints. He started his work career as a full-time bartender and also had some odd part-time jobs as a photographer in different ceremonies or taking up advertising campaings. He got into the arts sphere in 2002 when he started doing some street art and later on also worked as a writer. 10 years later, he began his journey into the depths of photography and in 2014, became a freelance illustrator.

As a freelance illustrator, he experimented a lot and one day decided to mix two of his favorite arts - illustrations and photography. It was a big step for Kemo as he got the chance to blend his two passions, stepping into the world of digital graphics. "Now, I can afford to buy all the necessary material to indulge my passions (photography and illustration). It is only recently that I started digital graphics. That's how I was able to combine my two passions! Draw my favorite animated characters and create an interesting interaction" - explained the artist to Bolivia Arcana.

Although he had always loved the magical Disney world and drawing, it was the love for his nephew that prompted him to create the series in which he interacts and "hangs out" with famous Disney characters. All in order to make his nephew believe that magic is real, as well as these characters.
