When I first looked at this, I thought she had water and soap in the bag, wearing it on her.

I first thought she was peeing into the bag =D Hers is a more practical idea.

How did women get on in past eras when long full dresses were the normal mode of dress? I know they used chamberpots, but still - it must have been awkward.
