I half-agree. The current administration insists on separation between government/law and corporations/rich people. They just don't want to separated from their power to control women's sex lives.

Same here in the UK (just about still in Europe, don't make me leave!😭😭) They will usually require two appointments (no more than 3 days apart) as a safeguard against anyone being forced or rash decisions but that's it.

It was more a rhetorical question. There are so many hypocrites. I know but thanks for explaining it so others can read it. @Monilip I'm sure some pro-lifers are also against death penalty, pro free healthcare, pro gun control, pro free public education, pro welfare programs for the poor and homeless, pro sex education, pro free contraceptives etc. but they are a minority and I don't see them on any other protests except against abortion. Some women had abortions themselves and are still protesting abortion (even in front of clinics that don't even do them). And Uwe is right I was and still am talking about USA and not another country (even though there are similar movements and countermovements probably all over the world, including in some countries here in the EU)

The video is about a women from the USA. So the situation there is at this thread the subject. If you want to talk about another country, go forward. State what is different there. I for example live in Germany and we have also a discussion to be able to talk more freely about abortions. But we don't have the same kind of religious extremists like the USA. Wow, I didn’t know sexual desire diminished once all the kids you want were had. Don’t you know it’s also human nature to have sex and be intimate with your significant other for bonding and not just procreation. Why do you think sex feels so good, it releases endorphins which is a pleasure hormone. Once you have finished having your kids will you forever stop having sex?? Don’t forget that zero contraception is 100% effective and 1 in 100 pregnancies happen when contraception is used. It’s just a ridiculous and unrealistic expectation. Seriously, some people are just ludicrous.

Same question, did you sleep in your biology class? We humans do a lot of things not in the way it was intended. I just guess that 99% of the times someone have sex, noone wants to create new life. So its prime function is fun, not making babys. And also there is no 100% secure way of protection. May you should read the definition of an "accident".

@Foxxy and @Uwe Theiss - you can have sex and use methods to prevent pregancy and it's okay. Just don't be SHOCKEd when they failed (because there is no 100% sure method). Just think every timer you have protecked sex that there is small chance of creating new life - be responsible about it. Not SHOCKED when you have sex and your"re "OMG how ot happened!1!1!1!". It's stupid thing.

I agree. Babies have heartbeats at 10 days and can reproduce cells from the moment the sperm reaches the egg. According to biology, if cells can reproduce, it is a living organism.

No Lingon, heartbeat starts at 22 days and becomes visible at 5 weeks. If you are going to correct someone, do it correctly.
