This may be cliché, but when was the last time you really stopped to smell the flowers?
Hey there! My name is Rachel Beltz and I am on a mission to make people stop and appreciate the “little” wonderful details of their everyday life. Using watercolors, I aim to create realistic miniatures; each of my pieces are roughly the size of a United States Quarter (for my International friends, that’s about 28 x 28 mm.)
Imagine a house small enough to fit under a single key on your keyboard... maybe your favorite singer... or even a ferocious tiger that could fit under a mere postage stamp? I have painted them all; squeezing in each and every detail.
I paint for the details. Hopefully, you can bring some of this into your daily life. I have spent my 22 years of life on Earth rushing - I don't want other people to do the same.

i want to take this kitten out of my computer screen and snuggle with it all day
A loyal and fierce protector in that dog and the same for General George Washington a match made in Heaven.
Marilyn Monroe one of the world's most beautiful woman. She'd love these colors in lipstick.
In the 1800s the pineapple was so rare and expensive. It was a sign of wealth to have them. Some people actually RENTED them to have them sitting around at parties!
Look at me and don't deny that you love my picture. But please don't mistake me for a postage stamp.
Would love one of my cat. Would put it into a charm or locket. Just ideas for you to share your art.
Amazing; what talent! It's hard enough to create photorealism with watercolors but to do it on such a small scale is almost unfathomable.
This lady is super talented and a wonderful human being. She deserves to be much more widely known for her gorgeous art.x
You're so damn good. I'm so jealous. Can you draw anything that accurate???
Thank YOU for helping me to see the miraculous beauty in even the tiniest things!
Very derivative of Lorraine Loots of Painting with Ants fame who has been painting tiny watercolor/gouache paintings for years. Meh, it would be nice to see less copying in another's style and do something different.
Maybe I am misreading the gist of your comment, but are you upset that the person who posted these pictures is practicing self promotion? I think on Bored Panda, an international forum for self-promotion, you are going to find a lot of that. Do you read the Kirkus Book Review? Here is a comment you can post on there: "And one more opinion about a book..." You can use that free of charge; I waive any copyright I might have.
