I Transformed Pallets Into A Functional Wall Decoration

Hi! I am a DIY enthusiast and I want to share this little project of mine.

I combined various useful and everyday needful things such as lamps, stereo system, chargers, amplifier, speakers, clock etc. with pallets and made these multifunctional, themed decorations.

Inspired by the furniture made of pallets, I came up to this while making room and sorting out all the stuff in the basement.

A little bit of sanding, drilling, cutting, painting, glueing and voila

I just realised this could be a laptop table instead of a mini bar

I took vintage radio box to make a new bluetooth stereo system with subwoofer

Other steampunk themed details: vintage table clock, pressure indicator and various old book paper prints

Water valve switch turns on the light while plasma lamp gives an extra “lite” mood

Pallets can be found behind any warehouse, but those are often wet, dirty and hard to work with

It’s better to spend some pocket change for a clean one.

I’ve printed Roy Lichenstein’s “Girl with a hair ribbon” in 25 pieces and glued it with paper glue

Stereo system was made of used Kenwood 4-channel car amplifier, 500w woofer, tweeters, new bluetooth receiver and a PC power supply

Qi wireless phone charger implemented on the side and a sound activated LED hidden behind.

These look super cool and i totally want one (or all of them), but you guys should know that pallets contain a lot of chemicals and off gas them so you really shouldnt have them in your home. (I was disappointed to find that out because i am a big fan of re-purposing things.)

This is the best pallet DIY idea I've seen! Pallet furniture always strikes me as flimsy; functional art is a much better use for them!

I agree, it's all in one for me; purpose, creativity, functionality, recycling, art, design
