It was 2010 when I first visited one of the most beautiful ghost towns in the world - Bodie. I hiked there alone in winter and that day I said to myself "I have to come here again". From that, I traveled from Europe to California every year to capture the beauty of the frozen time of Bodie. After 8 years, this is what I got. It is like to be in the real Westworld...

I was married in this Church in October 2001. I too have been to Bodie several times and taken similar pictures. I really enjoyed yours, the ones where you took "inside" shots of the buildings. I was never able to get those well. Thank you for posting such great work! 892121_465...3a174e.jpg
Truly fascinating. I suppose the pictures are meant to speak for themselves, but still would have loved some background information and description for each. Guess it speaks well of the photography that it triggered enough interest for me to begin researching Bodie to get some context!
