I spend hours and hours on a couple of bridges in Hanoi waiting for vendors to pass by to show the beauty, symmetry, and art street vendors create every day without knowing it.
Imagine getting up at 4 every morning, packing your bicycle with as many vegetables or fruit as you possibly can and walking around with a heavy cycle for kilometers every day. Not knowing the beauty you make every single day! I talked to some of these women, often female migrants coming to the city trying to earn a little extra money. They have to work very hard, earn little money and work conditions are not very good.
I am publishing a book filled with images like these, please help me realize my project!

THU! Of course I do!!! How are you? I hope you are doing great!!! And thanks :) I hope people will buy my book hahah!
Load More Replies...Thank you for your perspective, Ms Heerink. They are indeed works of unintentional art. But for me, this was an intense glimpse into the lives of others that must struggle every day, to keep body and soul together. I've never known that struggle.
Absolutely beautiful, but the struggle that goes into this kind of art! There is beauty in everything...
Thanks! Sometimes patience is the key ;)!

I introduced this article on some communities in Vietnam hope it will be helpful to you. https://designervn.net/threads/kickstarter-ha-ni-cun-sach-anh-dc-dao-lam-ni-bt-ve-dep-cua-nguoi-ban-hang-rong-tren-ph-ha.1386/
I've traveled to southern China where folks tie mattresses, a mini-wall of poultry cages with poultries inside, industrial pipes, huge blocks of foam, and all sorts of unimaginably huge things on the backs of bikes and motorbikes, including a family of 5, maybe 6 on one bike. These photos are so much more soothing than what I have seen. Thank you for that.
That happens in Vietnam too! And I cant even properly cycle with the groceries XD
