My name is Anna, I am almost 26 years old. I have been photographing colorful collages for a few years now. The adventure with collages started with some blue door in England….

When I came to London in 2016, I was enchanted by the small, blue door, in front of which lavender was growing (and of course smelling:)). I took the bus into the city with my camera and stopped at bus stops if I noticed something noteworthy. I was so enchanted by London with its beautiful entrances. This is how my first collage was made.

After London, I managed to go to Italy and photographed one of the most colorful places in the world – the island of Burano, which has fabulous, colorful houses. Legend has it that the wives of fishermen going out to catch painted their houses in bright colors to help them return to the island.

Later, I collected colorful doors for my collection in Malta and Portugal.

However, I am Polish and I managed to find colorful objects in my country as well.

Zalipie, is a village in the Lesser Poland (Małopolska) region where there are beautiful houses with floral accents.

Podlasie is famous for its colorful Orthodox churches, which won my heart. Mostly the churches are painted in shades of blue.

This is not the end of the colorful collages. I am still planning collages in many places around the world and I can’t wait to go into the unknown with camera again… :)
