I Photograph Myself Naked With Trees To Show That We Are Nature

My name is TreeGirl and I love trees. I have spent the last twenty years photographing myself intertwined with some of the world’s most amazing trees. As an arborist and artist, I research and travel to each of the trees, spending anywhere from a few minutes to hours naked in wild nature to create a great shot using a remote-control timer and a tripod.

The aim of my photographs, in which I am sometimes almost camouflaged, is to create beautiful images to remind us that we are nature. My work is an invitation for people to reconnect with nature as a healing resource amidst the madness of our civilized world.

I know a guy who photographs himself naked with wood. The result is not as artistic though.

I love trees too! Thank you for capturing the magical tree elders around the world and for the invitation for us to remember we are not separate.

I am an artist and I think some of these would make wonderful paintings I would need permission from the young lady to use her likeness of course.

Yes our bodies are nature to God made us this way and we're not allowed to show our natural bodies.

Brilliant pictures - but why do you have to keep to this childish idea of capitalising every word?

You mean, capitalizing words in the titles of the photos? Not childish, but grammatically correct.

There's plenty out there in Google to satisfy perverted minds like yours. In the meantime, the pictures here are beautiful and share a story
