So, my parents have changed the password for my screentime (2hrs 30 mins )limit on my phone. I genuinely do not know what to do about this as I have anxiety attacks not knowing what’s happening on my phone. This limit also includes my messages and self-care app which isn’t great either. Also, we’re going to the pool, and I need advice on howw to cover up self-harm scars. Thanks :)

idk if this is still open, but for covering s/h marks/scars, foundation and concealer, and thick kandi bracelets help if theyre on your wrists. if theyre on your thighs, swim shorts if you have any, and ankles bandaids and then blame it on thorns or other scratches. stay safe dude

    My parents let me only have one hour per day and that includes messages and the apps that help me to actually eat things and sleep and drink water. Since the above post seems to have helped with screen time, I will help with covering up your scars. What I usually do is just wear extra clothing, but if that doesn’t work or if you don’t have any clothes like that, I recommend trying to make them less noticeable by not doing too many gestures that would show them. This doesn’t really work if they’re on your hands or lower arms, but upper arms it helps. I’m not an expert in this obviously because these might not help you, it’s just what I do (though I don’t have many scars). This probably didn’t help much but I tried and I hope it did at least a little.

    ty :) luckily mine don’t scar too bad, so it’s just the period of healing where I need to cover them up
