My name is Micah and I want you to feel like a fairy princess whilst cleaning the house and running errands, not just at a festival! I make crowns using wire and quartz because I am a silversmith without a studio. Living a minimalist lifestyle for a few years can make you grow as an artist – you have to make the most of your space and equipment to achieve your objective.
I began making crowns a few years ago when inspired by festival fashions; I love seeing people dance around as fairies, unicorns, mermaids, princesses, whatever you want to be outside of everyday life, and thought every day you CAN wear a crown.
We are a family of makers, my husband is a wire wrap artist (amongst other things) and he makes intricate designs for crowns, my style is more plain & simple. We sell both of our work through festival vendors, Instagram, Etsy, and wholesale to retailers in New Hampshire and Hawaii!
Our latest inspiration is our 6-month-old baby, Irie Moonbeam.
