LOL... You did know that kale was a joke by a woman who owns a marketing company trying to see if people would actually eat it, right? Every "study" about kale she just made up for the campaign... The truth is that Kale actually ranks pretty low in vitamins and minerals amongst dark green vegetables (broccoli ranks highest, in case you were wondering.)
