I Have Spent Hours And Hours Setting Up Still Life Photos To Photograph!
I have enjoyed setting up different items that I have and creating a still life photo. What makes it a still life is that I get to arrange all the items the way I want. I have taken hundreds of still life photos and here are a few of my favorites.
I end up going through my house and collected all sorts of items to use. My family thinks I am crazy at times.
I hope you also enjoy them.

Pen to Paper
My daughter just graduated college and so I created this still life using some of her books that she has collected through the years. This is in honor of her graduating.
Country Style
I created this still life from old items that my grandmother gave me. She recently passed away and therefore it is a very special still life to me. The towel is one of her tea towels.
Little Cowpoke
In this photo I used an old child’s rocking chair that is my son’s along with his cowboy boots. I then added the lasso. To make it have an ‘old’ feeling I changed the photo to have an sepia look.
Fall is in the Air
I gathered up some fall items I had laying around the house and created this photo.

Share on FacebookIt must take such a lot of patience and then working with the lighting - in my house a cat would run through at the last moment! Beautiful work
At least you'd have another camouflaged inspiration.
