Owls have always been one of the most enigmatic of symbols for me. Perhaps it is the innate fascination of a nocturnal bird and the beauty and majesty of its command of the silent night. The ancient Greeks associated owls with wisdom and her symbol was widespread. Native Americans considered the owl as a keeper of secret knowledge.

I used natural, non-toxic, and recyclable materials in making these scarves & I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them!

As a visual artist, Roza has always drawn most of her inspiration from the natural world around her. The mountainous backdrop of Kazakhstan, where she was raised until the age of 13, has had a significant impact upon her work. In 2010 Roza journeyed to Australia in the hope of finding adventure and natural wonders with which to inform her work.

This is the owl from 'Labyrinth', I love it! Wearing these scarves would be like taking a little piece of magic with you.

I LOVE Barn owls and this is a perfect depiction ! etsy shop is so beautiful... so many gift ideas, my mom will love this.
