My name is Rocío and my great passion is creating beautiful butter cookies decorated with royal icing, food coloring and, in some occasions, isomalt.

I have been drawing since I was a child and over the years I have used many tools: pencils, brushes, graphic tablets... A few years ago I discovered the world of decorated cookies and the royal icing and since then my favorite tool to draw it's a pastry bag.

The best thing about this hobby is the smile of the people to whom I give my cookies. Most of them prefer not to eat them but I can assure you that all my cookies are delicious.
