Don't forget that you wouldn't have internet or Bored Panda or much of anything else if there were no capitalism.

Honey, do us all a favour and stop making sh*t up. Science do not work that way. My teacher was making her thesis using connected computers far away from each other - many years ago, when computers were used mainly by military and scientists. You had something called ARPANET. Here it was called differently. The moment an idea (to connect computers) appears on horizon, it is picked up immidietly by scientists, their origins notwithstanding. To your chagrin, I will kindly inform you about cooperation between soviet (not capitalism) and american (capitalism) scientists. However, thanks to dodging capitalism after II WW, we were able to create free of charge, elite high schools where the only condition was to get the best results on your tests, not your creditworthiness or your parent`s wallet. To get there you need to be better then 50+ other persons on one place. High rivelry stems from high acessibility. Of course, it`s easier to get to university later, which are free of charge.

Damage capitalism? Are you serious? Because we all know socialism / communism worked so well where it's been applied! No thanks. I'm a small entrepreneur. I'd rather live in a world where I'm free to build my own business, manage it my way and see my efforts rewarded than in a world where I can't even try to make things better for my family. Capitalism FTW!

Dont forget, that GMO are also plants, that are immune against molds, fungus and others, so you do not have to spray your field with fungicids and other chemical shits. If people will not over use GMO, then it can actually helps to nature.
