I've never tried any myself, but from what I know, let's imagine the following scenery. You lead a busy and fast social life, you're torn between work, maybe even an additional job, while maybe studies simoultaneously as well. Additionally, you have friends and parties, but you're just not the lively type of person. Your physical and mental fatigue wouldn't naturally allow you to lead such a lifestyle, but you WANT it, you feel like you need it. So you may try and seek a little chemical help. Wow! It works! Let's do it again! Wow, thus medicine is the solution! Aw f*ck! It's become an addiction... Who cares... We're all gonna die anyway... And so it goes.

You will not be able to understand this, but people dont do drugs bcs they are "fools" or stupid. They know about the damage. But when you are lonely, depressed, hurt etc. It doesnt matter at all if there will be a damage. They just want to feel good und carefree, only if its just for a moment
