I’ve always loved making art, drawing, painting, building stuff. I’ve suffered with poor mental health for years, but drawing helps me through the tough times. Art therapy is great, and I highly recommend it!
If you say “I can’t draw!” I say you can. Everyone can draw, they just have their own way of doing it. I want to share my love of art, and how it helps me. Pick up a pencil and doodle, it doesn’t matter what you draw. Its relaxing, its distracting, and its creative.
I don’t think there is a better way to express yourself than to create something. So enjoy my work, and please, the next time you feel low, draw some squiggles, circles, little stick men, or even a masterpiece. Get it out, enjoy it, love it, and be proud of it, and most of all, be proud of yourself.
