My name is Chantal de Jager and I work full time as an architect in Cape Town, South Africa.

I love to draw these quirky animals and scenes after hours as meditation to get rid of my anxiety and stress after a long day. I call it Coco’s diary of odd creatures. My goal is to write and illustrate a children’s book in the near future.

    I started drawing a sketch book on art class and found the benefits of taking a moment in time and create ...so basically I can say that they saved my life. Thanks for sharing your moments of creativity they are great
