I think the only thing you need to work on currently is the head shape and face of the humans. If you would like to expand your skills, try to add shading and lighting. These are really good- keep it up!

That's exactly what I was going to say! For hatsune miko you should make the head bigger. I draw manga myself and I am still learning but your chibi characters are so good!!
