I'm guessing they're street dogs & have no one to keep them safe.

I hope people are taking care of their animals during the storms as they would their kids.

I cannot give this an 'upvote' but I am hoping there are brave souls out there trying to save the animals

I guess these dogs were fera,l & not abandoned pets. Poor people & poor animals.
