How Your Job Changes Over Time (1st Day Vs 101st Day)

We’re all eager to impress when we get a new job. We come to work on time. We want our boss to like us. We want EVERYONE to like us. But over time this eagerness fades and your exciting new job becomes just another thing you have to do to pay the rent. Check out these funny comics to see how your attitude towards work changes over time. They were drawn by Karina Farek for College Humor and we’re sure you’ll find something to relate to.

Ya if you have a boring desk job maybe. Trying doing something you enjoy, like maybe, hmmm say drawing, looking at your post, for a living, then day 1, day 101 day 10'001 all seem like a day doing your hobbies. Ive been a photographer for over 15 years and never had a different to the Day 1 illustrations. This just shows me you are not in the right job for you!

It would be wonderful if ppl could that, but many can't due to circumstance. Sometimes you have to work a job you don't like to get a steady

So... Two days ago I completed a challenge of 40 nights in a row as a strip tease dancer with a shift lasting 9 hours, it's 63 hours a week. I cried over night that I had to stay home, because I had studies to attend . I was falling in love with my job over the year, more and more. The more I work, the more I love it.

Some of these are very true...other are only true if you realize it is time to apply for something more fitting...
