I randomly started crying today like a lot a whole class my 4th period it was bad like people were asking what’s wrong and if I’m ok because I’m normally in a good mood I just don’t want it to happen again.

Mindfulness techniques can help with this.

You could use a pencil. Start by describing it from simple features for more detail to help bring yourself into the present. For example “This pencil is straight, this pencil has an eraser, the eraser is white, it has this many sides, it has “these letters” sounds funny but can really help

Also of course seek outside help for your depression, it’s not something to fight on your own like any other illness
