This chestnut foal is like two horses in one. Born at Flying Hall riding school in North Yorkshire, England, “Da Vinci” has a patch near his mane that looks like the silhouette of another horse. The baby horse and the unusual marking came as a surprise to owner Wendy Bulmer.
“I bought his mother at a sale and didn’t know she was…[pregnant] so that was a bit of a surprise,” she told the Daily Mail. “Chestnut horses have irregular patches but they don’t normally make something as recognizable.”
The beautiful horse was named Da Vinci because of his artistic marking, and he also has a white heart shape on his rump. The unusual animal is friendly and much loved by Bulmer’s children.

Share on FacebookBeautiful. Just gorgeous horse, and you are very lucky indeed to have him.
Reminds me of the cow named Minnie Moo that had a Mickey Mouse patch on it.
His color may be chestnut but his markings make him paint or skewbald. Regardless, he is a very handsome little guy!
He is just such a gift! and an added bonus.... a heart shaped bottom? Too cute.
so sweet, but please, his IS NOT chestnut :/ his mother - for sure, but hi's tobiano bay
this horse is representing how unique everybody is I WANT TO HUG HIM!!!!!!!
Vinnie is hugely popular amongst staff and pupils at Fyling Hall which is a dayand boarding school for 4-18 year olds. I am lucky enough to work there and am really enjoying watching Vinne grow up.
You don't have to LIKE horses to appreciate an interesting thing ABOUT the horse. Because the post author wasn't like "HEY I'VE GOT A HORSE PEOPLE!!!!!" They were showing something unusual and (what most people would consider) awesome. So please do not post random negative comments just for the sake of posting something. Thank you.
