She handcrafts modern shoes in primitive ways, shoes meant for loving over time. These shoes are meant to slow down fast fashion, and are made for wandering while staying in timeless style..
Faye Sevilla Smith makes these shoes out of the attic of her home in Philadelphia and sometimes out of her flat in beautiful Barcelona. They are made with no heel and toe stiffeners, in single unstitched layers meant to form to your feet, thoroughly handlasted with a cork layer, and with stitched or clinched soles.
