As Charles Bukowski said, "If you're going to try, go all the way." Whether that's woodworking, knitting, or some other endeavor, dedicating yourself not only sets you up for success but also allows you to find happiness and satisfaction in the journey.

Plus, focusing on the process will automatically bring results. And when it does, take pride in what you've achieved. But if you need inspiration to grow your self-esteem, let us introduce the subreddit 'Something I Made' — it has 2.9 million members who regularly share their best DIY projects.

Finding a leisure activity you love isn't just fun. It can also improve your well-being.

Researchers combed through five large studies involving more than 93,000 people across 16 countries (including the United States, Japan, China, and a dozen European countries) and published a meta-analysis in Nature Medicine, suggesting that having a hobby is good for your health, mood, and more.

It's worth highlighting that the study is observational and doesn't prove that hobbies directly make people healthier and happier, but the researchers say that activities such as arts and crafts, games, gardening, volunteering, or participating in clubs involve creativity, sensory engagement, self-expression, relaxation, and cognitive stimulation, which are linked to good mental health and well-being.

The ever-present sensation that there must always be something wrong, which exists because society equates optimism with naivete and realism with experience. Supposedly, idealists are blind to the ways of the world on their search for perfection while pessimists know everything that could go wrong because they "know how the world works". I just realized while typing this, I identify with the toothy cotton candy monster, the person is society. Take that, society.

They're copyrighted characters/IPs. OP should not be selling these. I don't care if a million other people sell art and crafts of copyrighted characters, it doesn't make it right or legal to sell copyright-infringing and trademark-infringing products. As someone who has created her own characters, I'd be furious if someone was drawing them and selling the art.
