The Idyllic Beauty Of Tuscany That I Captured During My Trips To Italy

I would like to present some small area in the middle of Italy. It’s Tuscany – the most idyllic and rural place which I’ve visited. I explored this amazing area about 8 years ago. From that moment I have been there many times and will definitely continue visiting it.

Northern Tuscany is densely covered with vineyards and forests, but the southern part is completely different. This region is less overgrown with a lot of fields which cover whole valley and hills.

During spring whole area is full of green grass and flowers. While in autumn we found a wide palette of colours. Very popular view are herds of sheep which are moving through the rolling hills. All of them have bells hanged on their necks to make it easier to find them.

It’s the one of the few places on earth which you must see before you die…

This is indeed a beautiful area, but that beauty is greatly enhanced in these photos by the photographer's skill in framing and lighting selection.

I hope Tuscany is this clean and beautiful as I have visited Italy a few times recently and its blighted by litter rubbish and graffiti

Some really lovely photos.... so is that area not really as beautiful as shown here? Is it mainly enhanced by the skill of the photographer?

Tuscany looks like a very peaceful place to visit. There's so much greenery which just adds to the laid back, relaxing atmosphere there.

Tuscany is a totally unfair area of the world. See, when my wife and I went there, we were shocked, even disturbed, to find out that, while all those pictures are beautiful, and artists and painters have been showing its beauty in art for centuries -- the reality looks even better. No place on earth should look THAT GOOD. And it DOES.

Gorgeous pictures. From now on, I'll show them to anyone who tells me "Really, why did you move to the middle of nowhere?": I live in the midst of the Tuscan countryside, roughly an hour-long drive to anywhere I need/want to go, but on each drive I see these fantastic landscapes - and for me it's worth the hassle.
