Nobody likes annoying coworkers, but this guy has a coworker who sounds worse than most. He calls him D, and although we don’t know what that stands for exactly, we can certainly think of a few things.
“D never shuts up”. “D likes to one-up people. D is loud. D gets upset very easily. D likes to pull rank on people when he has none. D has a very, very short fuse. And I like to fuck with D.”
And as you can see from his hilarious prank, he certainly wasn’t kidding about that last part! He live-commented everything as his brilliant revenge was unfolding, and his funny story has been read over half a million times since he recently posted it online. The moral of the story? Don’t be an asshole at work!

Share on FacebookWhile this is funny to read, it probably more qualifies to "mobbing" than to "pranking", particularly if this guy has a problem with his coworkers anyway.
With Hans on the one. Just hope he doesn't bring a gun or machete to work on Monday. Doesn't sound very stable to begin with!

See now you are the a*****e. You have created a hostile work environment, and it has not solved the problem. Your coworker was annoying, but what you did is justification for termination.
Trust me, if you've ever had to work with someone like "D" in this story, this sort of revenge would be completely justified. Try working with someone who thinks it's funny to sit at his desk in a professional office of over 80 people, making an air-filled balloon squeal by slowly releasing air from it. I had to prevent 3 other guys from leaping over their cubicle walls to kill him.
Yeah, it is so nice, where there is only one a*****e in the office, you can cooperate with others and make fun of him. But imagine office full of a******s - hell on earth and very limited option how to mess with anyone (personal experience). Well apart from that, really good prank :)
Being unpleasant to work with does not justify being a douche to said unpleasant person. Should have talked to HR about unpleasant co-worker's "attitude".
When you are at HR complaining, ask them about where you can find a sense of humor.

zzz... don't kno. if it happens it happens ... pathetic doesn't pay... lol

If the guy only turns worse after this it would be the expected result. Sorry but I don't find it cool. This is the way some children deal with issues while crying victim, not grown people. Especially if you ever expect to see that person again. Don't be surprised if he faxes you a bill from his psychologist or something, also, don't be surprised when you actually have to pay it because you intentionally mentally abused someone for an entire day, made him paranoid and caused all sorts of things that have lasting consequences. All because he's annoying and an egomaniac? Something you should have long since developed a coping mechanism against, because let's face it, you're not going to fix someone's mental health issues and you certainly won't avoid the problem in a society this ego driven. Grow the f**k up.
I like to think that the dude pranking D is jim halpert and the D Stands for Dwight Shrute
I don't like to see 2 or more gang up on just one. It is bullying plain and simple and shows a lack of moral character, I don't care how "deserving" the victim. The only justification for such an action would be in a fight for your life, i.e., war-time situation, etc. Otherwise it is just plain mean.
When the guy comes back and starts shooting up everybody, then it won't be so funny.
Because that's what people automatically do right?
