Hello Tavi! First of all, teens suck, or at least they did when I was in school (now 31). Hopefully you have some great friends and family to support you. If not, as much as it feels like the end of the world, you'll be okay. It may not happen right away, but you'll build up your boundaries and confidence and hopefully people respect you for both! Look into The Trevor Project if you haven't already, it might have supports and advice better than random strangers on BP or other internet sites. Start learning now how to be self-sufficient, learn how to do things for yourself. If you do have great family/friends, it still doesn't hurt to be able to take care of yourself in a pinch (not saying physical attacks - but with this world I wouldn't doubt there's rotten people), I'm thinking more like being able to healthily feed your body, mind and soul, among other things. For example: at 15 I knew how to deal with a flooding toilet/sink when my dad wasn't home, most teen girls don't!
makes sense, i do have a good handful of friends (couple are trans) who fully support me and use my name n such, and teens do suck. my mom did say that if i married a girl she wouldnt come to my wedding. that was before i was trans. (jesus save me) i dunno if i can coem out to her without any issues sadly :(

Public transport may be a great and wonderful thing where your at, so this may not matter. But, if you drive, learn to check all the fluids, tire inflation, wear on the belts and hoses. Really wouldnt hurt to learn the basics of diagnosis, repair and replacement of external components like alternators, compressors, pumps and brakes. And if anyone gives you B.S. about transitioning, tell them they cant ride in your well maintained and safe vehicle.😉 All that said, if Im understanding correctly ftm means female to male? If thats correct, then I'd like to welcome you to dude-hood.
yup ftm does mean female to male! and my dad and boyfriend are car geeks, so i have them if i need smthin to do with cars. and i probably should've specified the advice. i was in a hurry tryna get out the door with my dad To go see venom. heh..
