I guess, they are not visible enough ( not on the startpage) and close too quick. If you are not actively looking for community stuff, you miss them, sadly. Sometimes if you're lucky one gets featured in the sidebar.

A lot of the Pandas that used to always be on the community have gone. I very rarely come on community myself now. At one time it was the first place I came before reading anything else.
