It didn't. A relationship ending doesn't mean failure. I loved them, they loved me, we both grew, we moved on... Young love & relationships are the perfect opportunity to learn more about yourself, the world and relationships in general. If you grew, you succeeded, not failed. My first love and I were friends for years after we broke up - time and space eventually divided us for good - and we both went on to find love elsewhere. I'd say that's the definition of success.

    No you're not! No one is actually ugly! Like, have you ever seen an "ugly" person? Just because they're not aesthetically pleasing to you doesn't mean they'll never be aesthetically pleasing to anyone else. And maybe while you might not be "picture perfect" to yourself, doesn't mean you aren't so to no one else. Besides, no one's perfect. Embrace your flaws and just be you!
