I'm curious.

I am very pro-gay marriage (mainly because I'm dating someone of the same sex and gender) but even looking at it from as unbiased of a perspective as I can, what people do in their own homes is no one's business.

Even on the grounds of religious morals, the pope has said that gay marriage and adoption is okay (last I checked), so if you're saying that your opinions are of more importance than the leader of your religion (as most American politicians against it are Christian/Catholic) then you are not only an asshat, but you disrespect your religion as well as the people you serve.

Do you want to get married to them? Do they want to get married to you? Are you both ready for the commitment of marriage? If yes to those, then get married!

It's the same as straight marriage. I don't know why this was/is an issue, it doesn't matter. But over the years I've heard some arguments against it, and they are weak. Like 'Well what's next?! Someone can marry their brother or a horse?!' With other issues, while I don't agree with someone who say is for the death penalty, or pro life, I can understand a logic to it, even if harsh. But I've never heard an intelligent argument for banning same sex marriages. I think we should all just accept a few rules regarding marriage, for folks that are worried it could lead to a surge of inbred weddings 🙄, and anything beyond that, is not important.
    1) Both parties must be consenting adults 18yr or older
    2) Must be the same species
    3) But different families. No marrying relatives.
4)Can't marry an inanimate object. Actually, scratch that one. Who cares if someone wants to marry their car. Best of luck!

There's no good reason for it to ever be banned. And I find gay marriage just as interesting as any marriage. As in NOT AT ALL.

As someone who could possibly end up in a gay marriage someday, I support it 10000000000000%. Love is love. People are people. As long as you're not hurting yourself or anyone else, I honestly don't care what you do with your personal life. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

hi I tried to write this in my other post... the wonders of technology, am I right? Anyway I'm so so happy to see that everyone seems to be pro-gay marriage and I completely agree with Bonesco's point that there don't seem to be any good arguments against it - nowhere in the Bible does it say being gay is bad! (don't correct me on this - I'm a Christian and I've done my research) anyway if you're reading this please follow me because it makes me feel loved :)

For it. No one else’s business, especially the government. Consenting adults should be able to marry whomever they choose to

I’m for any marriage between any people. Downvoted. I have an opinion. Downvoted. I ask for Ms. M. and Fair weather rose to explain…downvoted. I have given good faith opinions, but have been downvoted by hateful, intolerant, and ignorant pandas
