Fear compels our actions and forces us into rethinking risks. Honestly, does anybody read these little blurbs at the top? I always ignore them. Usually, they're filled with links and have a bunch of names like Dr. Potait O. Chíp and Mr. Jakelsteindilpun. At least one person won't notice this at all. maybe. Cheese.

Being alone. Which lead to getting married to the wrong man at the wrong time which spiraled into a whole mess of horrible events that I won't go into....which ultimately led to me being alone. Ironic.

Being trapped, not necessarily claustrophobia but more the thought of being trapped in a small space somewhere. If I’m in a tight space but there is opportunity to escape or get out easily Im ok. It’s the thought of being locked in or trapped somewhere and no one knows you’re there, such as an elevator.

Being idle.
I don't mean it it a way that I always have to be working, or that I don't enjoy a relaxing time doing nothing. It's more in of a long-run thing. The first 2 years of covid had been the worst due to this reason. I had just graduated so no college, no job, just sitting around in home doing odd things. I dreaded birthdays because I was just getting older by day and not going anywhere in life.
Now that I'm in a better place with my job/studies, I realize how much of an effect it had on me mentally.
