Pollo picante con queso. Basically boneless chicken breasts (brown in a skillet), smother in salsa/picante sauce, bake at 350F for about 20 minutes, then cover in shredded cheese and bake until melted. Serve with refried beans and chips.

I got this thing that lets me make pasta in a microwave for Christmas-I'm probably going to die if I don't stop using it every time I don't want to cook, but that would be a HELL of a way to go.

To make: chicken parm. Nothing better than fully from scratch chicken parm, my twist is to add a thin layer of red wine reduced mushrooms between the chicken and the sauce. It helps keep the chicken crispier while also adding a little earthy, red wine taste.
It also provides a little difference in each bite. I give each layer a different flavour profile so that it doesn't over blend (ie. Garlic only in the chicken, basil only in the sauce etc) and i blend aged cheddar into the cheese to give it a bit more of a kick.

Fastfood: gotta be popeyes chicken, it's like crack.

My go to meal for breakfast is granola and yogurt with fruit and nuts. For an easy dinner I'll make a salad made with everything I have that sounds good! lol Then for when I cook for guests its lasagna or mexican food. When I have a lazy day it's take-out pizza! :) I like to cook so I usually cook instead of doing take out.

Before I knew what a charcuterie board was, I made something I called odds and ends: sliced cheeses and summer sausage, little pickles and olives and peppercini and other bits and pieces in the fridge that need to be used up.

A quick stir-fry, made with whatever meat and vegetables are on hand, with a sauce made from some Bragg's, coconut aminos, sesame oil, and sriracha. Over rice, noodles, quinoa, or just in a big old bowl.

Funeral potatoes. You have not lived until funeral potatoes.

It's literally just butter, potatoes and cheese (with crushed up cornflakes on top for texture

btw the reason I think they're called funeral potatoes is because the recipe calls for 2 sticks of butter

Pork chops, pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread, and a true classic in my opinion is burgers, burgers with cheese and ketchup on it, nothing more nothing less, just a plain cheeseburger.

Bagel cut in half, toasted in an oven for 4.5 to 5 min, a bit of butter, salt and dried cilantro or basil on top. It goes amazingly well with some apples and eggs (as a breakfast). Eat it immediately or it's gonna harden

Fried Rice or Mashed Potatoes. I tend to lean more towards the spuds because it is easier to make. Did some variations such as Champ and Colcannon before (Champ worked out better XP) and am currently experimenting even further XP
