My Prom Dress!!
My Wedding Dress! Worth Over $1000 New (15 Years Ago) But I Got It At A Yard Sale For $20. Was Never Worn Before I Did!
My Victorinox Bag That I Wanted For 20 Years! (Org. Retail $250... Paid $10.89 USD)
***comment for backstory*** back in late 90s/early aughts I worked for several luggage store chains. Fell in love with Victorinox bags but could never afford them. Fast forward to going to school, housing market crash etc and then victorinox stopped making this style. 2 months ago I was in the thrift store and spotted it. It looked liked it was NEVER used. I paid for it and ran out of the store.
This Pair Of Shorts - The Pockets Are Huge!!!
Zojirushi Rice Cooker - Never Used. I Had Been Wanting One And Couldn't Afford The $250+ Cost. The One I Found Was A Higher Model Than This One But It's The Best Photo I Could Find. Best Thrift Ever For Me
I posted my rice cooker but since then, I have scored an amazing deal. About a week ago, I was in Habitat Restore and came across 5 brand new, never used B&B Italia Cosmos Chairs. They had been ordered by a high end designer for a high end customer and on arrival the customer didn't want them. The designer couldn't send them back and donated them to the local Habitat Restore - I got 5 chairs that sell for $7250 for $490. I am beyond thrilled and know I got a huge deal.
My wife found a $650.00 espresso machine at our local thrift store. She paid $12.50 for it
