Wok with fajita vegetables. Buy wok noodles. Prepare the vegetables. Slice paprika, dice the onion, garlic, eggplant or zucchini (optional), quarter mushrooms. Heat the pan to medium heat, oil it (I prefer butter), put the vegetables in, save garlic. Spray some balsamic vinegar, add spices (cumin, coriander seed, black pepper, smoked paprika, chili (optional)), add soy sauce for umami flavor (optional). As you cook the vegetables, boil the wok or soak it in hot water (look at the instructions of your wok noodles). Put it in just as the vegetables are about to be cooked, add garlic, toss it around to spread it evenly. Add oyster sauce when you serve.
