What's your favorite book, and why?

Swan Song by Robert McCammon. It's a post apocalyptic epic that I read back in the early 80s just after I read The Stand by Stephen King. I though it was much better and I've read it two more times since.
Also a huge fan of Dean Koontz and a lot of his books would be in my top 19.
I just love Dostoyevsky. "The adolescent," "The Devils (and Stavrogin's dream appendage translated by none other than Virginia Woolf)" and "Notes from the Underground" just to mention a few.
Also Nietzsche's "Thus Spoke Zarathustra"
They're making me choose a favorite book?! I don't think I could choose just one but here are a few that I like:
"Tuesdays With Morrie" - Lots of good life lessons and helped me to get through a difficult time
"Go Ask Alice" - The way this book is narrated is interesting, and the narrator is very insightful
"My Sister Rosa" - It was such a good book
"Hard Wired" - It keeps you thinking
I could go on and on, but I think I'll stop here...
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern is one of my favorite books. It drew me in because of the characters, but kept me interested because of the plot.
