I have read a great many terrible books that have bland characters, clichéd plots, and more. I even have a 'Box of Shame' to put my least favorites in! What books are in your Box of Shame? Feel free to add as many as you want!

I've said it before but either....
The Satanic Verses by Salman Rushdie.... that was an ordeal... pointless meandering piece of cräp.....
Or......
Candide by Voltaire.... I mean, honestly, fück you, Voltaire!!
Oh man. I have so many, but here are the winners:
1. Dry by Neal Shusterman. This one wins the award for worst book I have ever read in my life. The characters are HORRENDOUS
2. The Map To Everywhere. What a pathetic excuse for the fantasy adventure it's trying to be
3. Keeper of The Lost Cities. I really didn't like the characters or dialogue
4. Captain Underpants. The level of scatological humor is astounding. My brother finds it funny, but not me
5. 50 Shades of Grey. I have absolutely no comment. It's so inaccurate that I'm lost for words. The author must've been really bored the day she came up with it, because the entire trilogy was clearly never meant to be read
The Love Languages; lot of hot air to say people express affection in different ways and should communicate with their partner(s). It is also not based on any verified clinical information.
