We all do embarrassing things, but what's the most awkward or embarrassing experience you've had that you wish you could forget but can't?

I was in elementary school and riding my new bike home, in a white knee length skirt. And low and behold I started my period, I was 9. I waited in my bathroom after getting home for my sister to tell her what happened so she could explain to me what the hell was going on. I didn't know I had started my period, I thought I was dying.
I was in second grade. We had just moved seats the day before this and we were having a pizza party. I got up to do something and so did the girl at my old seat. I finished my thing and sat back down; in my old seat. I went to take a bite of my pizza, except it wasn't my pizza. The girl who actually sat at the seat I was in yelled, "DON'T DO IT!" She said it too late. As soon as I got up she threw out her piece and glared at me while everyone, including the teacher, was laughing at me and saying things like, "How did you grt so confused?" or, "I can't believe you did that!" I started crying hard and no one stopped until my friend yelled at all of them. This was much more humiliating than any accident I've ever had because literally everyone made fun of me. I still feel the embarrassment thinking about it now, 6 years later.
Heh... friend of mine sipped one of my drinks by accident (Pre-Covid)
To make a long story short, My dad was making sounds when I was playing Kirby: Battle Royale, and the rest is history!
We had to run laps during practice and it had rained earlier and our track was dirt. I wasn't paying attention and face planted into a giant mud puddle. I went home because I lived nearby and took the quickest shower of my life. The worst part is I had to go back to practice in front of my whole team.
