As someone who reads a lot of romance novels, they portray s/o's as being these " perfect" people. But these lead to high expectations. Which " high expectation" is the one expectation that you wished didn't have to be counted as a high expectation. Such as respecting you, being kind to their family, or not trying to change who you are?
