I pick skin on my arms all the time (I don’t honestly know why I do it) and I have to fidget with something around my chest (I.e. a button on a coat, a necklace, my bust tag) so yeah 👍

When I'm relaxing on the sofa, I often stick one leg straight up in the air. I saw Victoria Beckham does this too and I felt seen! But I bet David doesn't ask her when she's going to wash her butt because she looks like a cat.

I touch both of my thumbs to the tips to my fingers in succession as I walk. I twirl my hair. Sit on my foot. Stare up when I walk. Rock. Once in awhile get what feels like a short spurt of adrenaline and do a shake thing. I have a lot in common with my dog. We both get zoomies.

I have a pantry and a fridge next to each other. When putting away a pantry item and cold at the same time, I have to make sure I have them on the correct sides (left hand for pantry and right for fridge), because otherwise I’ll put the pantry item in the fridge, and the cold item in the pantry. Had a few close calls with milk.

I pick the skin on the side of my fingernails. I've done it my whole life. I end up making myself bleed sometimes. It's worse if I'm upset, but usually just do it without noticing out of boredom

While at work on meetings, and other calls, I regularly flip my pen and catch it in my fingers. I have been doing this for so many years that I can flip and catch it in between my index and middle fingers, in a ready to write position.

I tend to emulate other people's faces I find interesting. Sometimes when I'm watching a movie I'll mouth the words someone says. People have caught me doing that and give me weird looks.

I play with my ears. I’ve been doing this since I was a little kid. My Mom has a picture of me when I was 2 years old, sitting there in my little dress with my hand on my ear. It’s even better when my ears are really cold. I have no idea why I do this, but I would guess that it is somehow soothing to me. It’s a miracle that my ears are still small, as much as I’ve played with them over the years I would think they would be huge by now and I could fly away like Dumbo!!!

I have this weird habit of taking a 7-8 strands of hair, twisting them between my fingers till they becomes weirdly tangled and rough, and then just breaking off the tangled end from the rest of the strands' length. I am still trying to figure out why I do it and desperately trying to break the habit off

I pick at the skin on my arms. I don't know why, but it's just always been a habit when I wear short sleeves.
