It can be a complete stranger, or a family member or a friend. Just a habit that somebody does that makes your day. One thing that someone does that makes you feel good or happy inside.

When some random stranger says bless you when I sneeze. Just makes me think that some people actually care.
I have an online friend who will always make jokes, or make me feel better if I’m having a bad day. He’s the best and Noah if you’re reading this, thanks
Little kids being wholesome. I went to help out my old kindergarten teacher a few months ago, and around three different kids randomly hugged me for no apparent reason. One little girl told me I was pretty, and that's probably the best compliment I've ever gotten.
My kid giving me a hug for no reason, I know that one day they won't want to, so I don't take them for granted.
i hate taking out my trash. all my family and friends know it. anytime the kids (niece, nephew, their friends, etc) come over, they automatically take out my trash. I'm surrounded by well raised kids.
When a stranger/person I know but I’m not really friends with compliments me. It never fails to brighten my day! :)
I have a friend who smiles when they see me and sometimes comes over or tries to get my attention so I come talk to them and it feels wonderful to actually be wanted like that. Like, they genuinely brighten up when they see me. I'm so happy to be that for someone- all I've ever wanted is to make the lives of others better and I think I'm doing it, no natter how small
Well know when I see u have replied to 1 of my comments I smile
One of my close friends, when she is in a good mood, her energy is infectious & positive. Interacting with her during her happy mood makes my day...
When someone leaves me a positive comment, agrees with my opinions, and upvotes me on BP, most of the time makes my day. It’s clear I’ve made tons of enemies and many people hate me, I’m basically like a mega j@ck@ss on here or something. But for the people, who upvote and give me positive feedback, just kno I appreciate it and it makes me happy.
Smiling at people and receive a smile in return. It does not cost you anything and you will never know how much food you did for the person you smiled at. People needed to be seen by other people, that’s while smiling at people works so well.
First is when people don't let the door slam in my face.
Second is my fiance is extremely helpful especially when it comes to making sure I have everything I need for work. He makes sure my uniforms are clean, ironed, and starch. He sends me with enough food that you'd think I'd be there for 24 hours! He also knows I'm horrible about not spending money on myself. He will tell me to buy a bra or earrings.
When someone comments something about one of my ocs!! I’ll read that message a thousand times and think about it all night
when someone compliments something i forgot about. like the other day i was feeling pretty proud of my eyeliner but after about an hour i forgot i had it on. and then this girl says "omg did you do your eyeliner? it looks so good!!" and that made my freaking day. and people complimented my new shoes a bunch today. i also like when people say something about my eyes or my voice
When my corgi, Woofles, ruffles my hair and snuffles my face to wake me up in the morning. She doesn't do this often and I pretend I'm 'annoyed' at being woken up early but secretly I love being woken up like that
Genuinely when I'm gendered in a way I'm not used to. I'm used to my agab pronouns constantly and when it's changed up it is actually the best... This is dumb ik
OH and physical affection in general. Hugs, forehead kisses, head pats even, a lot of different affection from my friends is amazing
When my granddaughter puts her arms up (to be picked up);, and gives me her beautiful smile
