It could be a big idea (how to end climate change) or smaller ones (a machine made to keep your fruit ripe for days on end). be creative! have fun!

I would like to make an app to make friends. Like Tinder but just to find people with things in common to be friends with. Being an adult it is very difficult to make new friends and loneliness is rampant in our society. Sadly 'we cannot have nice things'. I know that people would abuse the app and fill it with d**k pics and other bad things instead of using it to make friends.

I am a social studies teacher. I would have the whole education system redesigned. Making kids learn through simulations and practices for the real world: do your taxes, learn how to run a business, a household, to cook, trade stock, debate with a foreigner/outsider/person with different cultural background, experience the corporate ladder, live for a week on minimum wage, etc. Grade them on reports or presentations on their experiences and ditch exams for good.

Hmmm…a practical education, you say? A novel idea. Sensible, rational thought hmm.

We should redesign the education system. It’s been the same since the Industrial Age where you were meant to learn how to do work in factories. These days you have kids who are bored because they’re behind, kids who are bored because they just think the work is boring, and kids like me who are bored because we’re ahead. So we should find a way to make everyone happy but without outing anyone as too dumb, normal, or too smart!

YESSSS! YOU! I LIKE YOU VERY MUCH!! THERE IS SO MUCH IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM THAT CAN BE REBUILT AND FIXED AND THERE IS SO MUCH RESEARCH ABOUT IT! THE IDEA JUST NEEDS TO BE SPREAD AND PROMOTED!

Start installing very visible vertical ‘poles’ every 50 miles along every freeway, major highway and especially around coastal tourist towns. On each pole will be a mark of where the estimated water level in 50 yrs will be due to global warming. Maybe it will make a difference if folks realize they’re homes will be under water in one generation. They’ll have to be vandal proof against republicans….

Just vandal proof, period. That's a graffiti target. They don't give a hoot about politics.

Using a plant fiber I found to make clothes. Its a lot like spiderwebs in consistency and I think it might work

Inflatable balloon arch. I HATE setting up those stupid poles for balloon arches and theyre horrible to try and store. An inflatable arch would be so freaking nice to have. I can even picture in my head exactly how it would look and work... But alas. I am not an inventor. Lol

The word you may be looking for is “fabricator “. The ones who build. You just shared an invention with world. Quite an elegant one, too. No, my friend - you are an inventor. Keep finding solutions.

I wish there was a way to implant the aborted babies into another woman’s body— then there would hopefully not be any babies who have to be born into horrible families—

So you know the things in the car wash that spin a scrub your tires? I want to make something similar that is waterproof and you suction cup it to the wall. It will have rotating semi soft brushes that you put body wash on, they spin around, and you push your back up against it for a thorough washing. Not to mention, it will feel amazing AF. Lmao.

We use a tungsten-alloy drill to dig into the ground, powered by a conventional nuclear mini-reactor. It has a secure tank of hydrogen. Because of the heat and pressure deep underground, it's easier to get nuclear fusion. This is maybe the stupidest idea I've ever had.

The heat would actually make it harder to cool the superconductors needed to contain the plasma drastically reducing efficiency.

Plastic dividers in backseats of cars to keep kids separated and unable to touch/tease/antagonize each other while parents are trying to drive. Anybody who thinks their kids are going to bond and make vacation memories in the car while on a 12 hour road trip is optimistically impaired. Backseat dividers could work.

There should be a farm in every backyard. The government provides the seeds, and neighbors could share vegetables and fruits they don't grow in their own garden. That way it's eco-friendly, reduces waste, helps build a community and also important, pretty cheap! And fresh tomatoes are delicious, that's also very important.

Make shampoo bottles have the same opening as upside down ketchup bottles. Make a suction cup holder to attach. So folks unable to use their hands can squeeze some out.

They actually do make these... It's just the suction cups suck, so maybe make higher quality suction cups...

Imagine a multi-purpose tool 6 times it’s size. Essentially a folding bolt-cutter/pry bar for rescue teams.

If dating apps gave warnings about people. Basically they do background checks to see if they were ever in prison and for what. That way, if you see someone you like, you could click a button and it would say if they did anything bad. Example:
" Hmm, I like this chick. Better run a background check though."
* clicks button *
App: This person was in jail for 10 years for attempted murder on cheating boyfriend and bestfriend
" Yea, no thanks. "

I don't hate it, that way compatibility rate is more accurate. Some people wouldn't want to date an ex-convict, others would be okay with it. Some wouldn't want to date past cheaters, others would be okay with it. It's also important safety wise, a lot of people don't look up their matches to see if they're potentially a sex-offender, or predator or something. If it's easily accessible, I say it's important.

A laptop for college kids (targeted demographic but can be useful for anyone) that has a built in printer right underneath the keyboard and holds like 20 pieces of paper at a time to still keep it small. But convenient enough to provide them with the ability to print no matter where they are. I’ve had this idea for honestly 10-12 years.

I have many

1. Pumpkin spice Cinnamon Toast Crunch
(I LOVE PUMPKIN SPICE)

2. Taco Burger

3. Instead of a dryer a colder
(Makes your laundry cold)

For anyone wondering why I want the last one it is because I have had a baby blanket since I was born and I like moving my fingers around the edges of the blanket, when it is COLD.

here's my idea... however many children you go on assistance with is the only amount you're allowed to collect for. any addition children while on assistance is not accepted.
