Spill the tea by sharing the weirdest company secrets of a company that you worked at once.

If insurance denies your claim dispute it. It will get denied again. Most, not all of the time they get sick of you and just pay it. If you can't get that ask for a waiver.
Always get a detailed list of services for anything and check it.

In the UK you can then write to the Financial Ombudsman Service who will look into the case for you. If they find in your favour the company must comply

I haven't believed much of what the media says about politicians since the 90s, when I worked for the governor's office. I got the governor's daily schedule, and it was eye-watering - getting up for work around 5-6:00 AM and usually going to bed after 11:00 PM. He got by with cat naps, when he could get them, because you can get really ill if you are only getting a few hours of sleep at night. One day the media took a picture of him catnapping in the back of a Highway Patrol vehicle (Highway Patrol was his security detail), and ran this big story about what a slacker he was, napping on the job. No one who worked for the Governor's Office (including me) was allowed to make a comment to the media or constituents who called to complain or inquire about the Governor being lazy/too old to do his job if he needed naps, etc. It killed me to just grit my teeth and take a message to send to the Communications Office. As far as I'm concerned, the media isn't interested in the truth, just getting people to read their trash.

This is the sad truth of how people will do anything to get money.

I still work there, but there's like 0% chance they'll find it here, so whatever.
I teach English for a private school, mostly 1-on-1 tutoring or lessons in other companies. The school advertises the best, most qualified teachers, but while I majored in English, I have ZERO experience with teaching, no education in this field whatsoever. All I got was an one-hour crash course with the school's director. I often feel like a hack, but so far nobody complained, so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Back from when Burger King served hot dogs: your "grilled" hot dogs aren't grilled at all. The broiler that they cook the hamburgers in would burn the hotdogs before the insides get the correct temperature. So they run it through, maybe 30 seconds to get the grill marks....... And then finish cooking them in the microwave....

I use to work in a rehabilitation centre way back in the 80's feel old saying that, well it doesn't exist now it got closed down through neglect on maintenance. I was a teacher there for the deaf and had to do sign language for them, one particular day one of them swore doing sign language the other students didn't understand with them being new. So i went to the office and pulled Mr xxxx and told him what was happening, he came over and asked who the person was then warned her. I felt bad afterwards because i could have let it go but the other ones were complaining, with them saying she should be removed. What do you all think was i mean or not?

I used to work for a cell company in the U.S. that no longer exists as it was bought out by one of the current giants. In their training for the customer service reps, they gave us the cell numbers of celebrities' accounts and we could actually go in and see what numbers they were calling, locations at times of calls, billing info, addresses, etc.... These were A-list actors and actresses, sports stars, etc. I have no idea why they did this. I wish I had the nerve to call them and tell them what the company did!! 😭 I was young and a chicken.

Don't believe the Shype about Local Authorities. A £672,000 contract awarded to someone for services provided to a community for instance. Money includes provision for multiple wages, utilities, expenses etc does not mean a £672,000 bonus you can spend where you like on yourself. It means you deliver a community service to the best of your ability within that budget and whatever remains you can claim. Usually around about the average wage.
But the perception is you are a money thief. Who grabs the £. And you are quiet - because ya know elections. Who is the next boss?

US West phone company, 1990’s. During our diversity training, there was an additional presentation on the spending power of various minority groups, and how much additional revenue could possibly be earned from them.
Management was rationalizing tolerance and diversity as a means to sell more product; to literally quantify in dollar figures how being woke was good money. (There was a projections chart)
