I'm bored so I want some entertainment.

Well, not a great day, but the day I got drafted into the US Army. Yes, I ended up in Vietnam as an infantryman. Not a great year in my life. But, surviving that year, coming home and making use of the GI Bill! I would never have been able to afford college otherwise. I got BS in accounting. I had some months left and was able to afford (thanks to my wife who worked and supported me) another two semester to get a MBA. A year later, passed my CPA exam.
I would never have thought I would be a professional accountant until I got my act together. Army is not a great career, but it does make you focused on alternative careers and how to greet there.
Switching jobs.
I was a bicycle mechanic for 15 years.
Now I help design supercomputers.
When my late husband was killed. As terrible as it was/is, so many positive changes came from it too.
The day I became a Christian.
I'm sorry someone gave this a down vote. How sad for them. I'm happy for you
