Some video games have aspects that are totally nonsensical, utterly illogical, and pure "WHAT!?". What's your experience?

I was playing ToTK yesterday (having beaten it many times before, I'm just joshoing around in Hyrule now, fighting, hunting, walking, etc) and wondered how Link fits all that stuff into his invisible, tiny pouch.
same in pokemon! how come in pokemon violet, i was given such a tiny bag? how am i able to hold all of my pokeballs in there? i have a mini backpack at home and i think, at max, i can hold 10 pokeballs, a quick claw, and 3 x attacks. perhaps a hyper potion.
one word to say it all

In shooter games, how does one bullet not in any way slow down players or cause them to eventually bleed out? I'm sure there are games out there that have these mechanics, but I find it stupid that I can still walk properly after tanking a bullet in the cranium
I got shot so many times in Metroid Prime Remastered with LASER GUNS and hit with blades that would've cut my head off but I was still alive nonetheless *shrug*
i was playing pokemon violet yesterday, and i was wondering how come the pokemon moves never hit any of the people? moves like muddy water, hydro pump, leaf storm, pin missile, and flame thrower are likely to also hit the trainers, and random passersby. yet the logic is that "its the pokemon they are aiming for, not the trainers" excuse me? i've seen the animation for muddy water in pokemon violet, and pokemon sword, how is it not hitting the trainer?
