“When she loved me” by Sarah McLachlan. It almost perfectly describes a best friendship of mine that didn’t work out.

The first thing that crossed my mind was a really old tune by Pink Floyd called Granchester Meadows. You can close your eyes and feel like you're really in a meadow somewhere.

Queen: who wants to live forever (from the highlander film) I don't know why, it gives me the shivers and makes me tear up.

Unfortunatly I can't listen to music anymore but this instantly came to mind.

Undertale, from Undertale, I just love it. There's a version with lyrics that I love even more. Everyone's posting actual songs and I'm just here with a song from a video game. Plz don't judge.

For happy, it's "Surrender" by Cheap Trick and "Ballroom Blitz" by Sweet. The ones that tear me up are "Breathe" by Melissa Etheridge, "My Immortal" by Evanescence (with the death of my first wife), and "Goodnight, Siagon" by Billy Joel (from some lingering PTSD from the first Gulf War).

Rolling Stones - Moonlight Mile just hits me in the feels. The story of a person trying to get home and never reaching it, a never ending road.
Max Richter - On the Nature of Daylight. Just hauntingly beautiful.
Death Cab For A Cutie - I'll follow you into the dark. First time I listened to this song was after a friend committed suicide, never could listen to it afterwards.
Holy Sons - Source Decay - makes me think of all the lost chances and lost friends.
Anything from Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds - Galleon Ship, Into My Arms, Waiting For You, Girl In Amber, you pick it, it's the most emotion filled song. Nick Cave speaks what my heart feels and puts it so well into words and sounds that all I can do is to surrender. When this stupid virus goes away I am going to his concert if it's the last thing I do.

Coffee for your head. One more light by Lincoln Park. These songs remind me of my first dog named Dax, Dax was a corgi/lab mix

Don’t stop- Fleetwood Mac. It’s really sad cause it was written for poor John McVie, but its a really encouraging song too just listen to the lyrics. It’s a real pick-me-up, when i hear it i find myself dancing.

"My R." It hits different. Most of my friends suffer mental ilnesses, and so I feel it's my responsibility to help them and support them... But I don't have anyone that can help me with all of my junk going on. My R really hits deep.
