A medicine specially designed for menstrual cramps. Not some indigestion medicine or general pain reliever or antipyretic or whatever that is being used for purposes other than intended. But a drug that was specially developed for this. And that is also called .. for example menstro relax or whatever. It is a problem that affects many women and it is still taboo and is neither appropriately addressed nor properly researched .. what I have been prescribed or said by gynecologists is really medieval!
Glasses that don’t fog up when wearing your mask. It gets really hard to see for me, because I’m not old enough for contacts and my glasses keep fogging up.

The ability to fly without the need for machinery (I don’t know how though).

At any time of the day or night, you can get drinks, sweets, fast food, condoms etc. ... but what if you urgently need pacifiers, drinking bottles or diapers for your baby? There should be self-service machines where you can get stuff like this at any time.
I would like a phone that when I dock it, I can turn it into a home phone and pick up another phone connected to the dock in another room. I hate dashing for the phone when it rings. Giant solar powered fans to zone in on specific hot spots for global warming
Bonus for my bro he wants real hoverboards that can fly
I would like to see more passively active desk builds. The easiest I suppose would be creating an inverted desktop space with apparatus like oculus, in which you can set it so that you can bend and reach for icons and programs. Maybe even an activity setting where you can choose to make it harder or easier on yourself. I feel like this should exist, but Ive only heard of Oculus being used for gaming and its a waste.
You could program the OS to look like a house, and files and programs look like books, or program it to look like some alien spaceship and all the programs look like crystals. Graphic designers could sell templates and mods.

This is going to sound kinda weird, but... I am a lazy person who likes telling stories. I especially like doing it late at night when my parents aren’t there to bother me. So... some sort of device that you can write with , that doesn’t require you to move (yes I am that lazy) but not like a voice-to-writing kind of thing, because that will wake my parents. Maybe a mind-reading-thingy that transfers your thoughts to words in a google doc or something like that.
I would like a device to roll up my oxygen tubing so I don't stumble when I walk from room to room with my walker. It is a tripping hazard.
Some way to plug learning into your brain. Get an upload, have a month to mull it over, experiment with practical application, ask questions, then another upload. So much time memorizing random facts, when learning to hone imagination, logic, etc would be so much better.

A flawless justice system throughout the world. No Corruption = No Theft (Greed) = An End to Poverty.
Also artists, more specifically in television/music industry, should have a cap on pay. Why should doctors/teachers/civil workers be paid less than entertainers? when they add little to no (morals &) value to society. (Kardashians, I'm looking at you) Yes, many artists are inspirational, kind and generous, but don't affect the amount of lives everyday like good teachers and qualified doctors can over a span of years.

Tractor Trailer Trucks on the Interstate should have their own lane and not be in lames with much smaller vehicles.
There should be a option on microwaves to freeze stuff. So all you have to do is press a button and it starts freezing a water bottle or something. And yes, I know what a freezer/fridge is, I just thought it'd be quicker than to wait an hour to get an "ok" cold water.

How about a tracker of some sort or a microchip in things that seem unimportant but are actually essential. For example, a sock, documents, shoes, pens, drugs.
Laptops/computers with two mouses/pointers/cursors. You use both hands in normal life so it is frustrating on the screen, especially when doing a repetitive data entry task and you need to click in different parts of the screen. Obviously touch screens don't need this!
A device that can see wiring and plumbing behind walls to see problems to save time and money for service visits.
After reading a newer boredpanda post I had a thought, small, uncomfortable space ships for all those damn flat earthers who don't listen to the science. A DeLorean Time Machine so that I can go back in time and do things differently. :)
An a variety of over the counter pain medication safe for pregnant women. The only thing safe to use is Tylenol, and it's pretty ineffective for anything other than lowering a fever. Right now I have bad muscle pain and a severe migraine and only Tylenol and a diet Coke to fight it with. I get these fairly often, and really can't do anything more than suffer through them until my due date 6 months from now.
Some folks have super fast brain waves that cause them to speed off in all directions with no idea where they should be going or what to do when they get to their destination. Maybe, someone should invent a 15 minute slow down pill: taken under doctor supervision. Before you jump on me with your golf cleats, I want to say this is just a daydream of an idea proposed by one with a lifelong run-away brain.
Wireless electricity. Tesla was working on this so it's possible and safe. Picture something like a modem in your house that gives off wireless electricity so all your electronics, devices, and appliances, etc... don't need to be plugged in. A house without wires.

A Nanobots house kit - a chest of nanobots that are programmed to use and modify whatever raw materials they find on the spot (even elements in the dirt) to create a whole house and everything you need it in.
I have come across child stories that had this type of either chest or apple - the "hero" would get it from the princess and he'd be told to only open it when he gets home or smth (he usually wouldn't and get in trouble for it); over the night, the chest or apple would turn into a golden/silver/crystal/gem castle.

A machine that brings anime waifus to the real world or brings you to your favorite anime/video game.
Some device (and software) that allows you to attach old, redundant technology for functional analysis and then add it's capabilities to newer technology. In a similar way to the Borg (from Star Trek). For example; I have two old Sony phones with memory, video, etc just sitting in a box. This "device" should be able to analyse what they can do and add these functions to, say, a laptop or a television or a network etc.
If I get a newer laptop or want to upcycle an old PC. Then this device should be able to allow them to be connected together to offer some advantage and to suggest the optimum way to power them all.
As time goes on, more devices could readily be added to the "Borg Network" even such things as an old FM radio, a TV remote, old dongles, old cameras, calculators, extra monitors and so on.
The software could study and monitor itself and make suggestions for improvements. Imagine how all the extra processors could combine to improve computing functions and how the extra memories could be used in combination too.
A bra that feels like Chris Evans is personally holding up your boobs all day.......jus sayin’
A special machine washer for those stainless steel straws! I have not heard of any way to wash them with a dishwasher. You have to wash them one at a time with a little scrub brush and it takes so long... maybe if there was a good machine washer for them more people would buy them instead of plastic or paper ones, and restaurants could use them for the drinks consumed in the restaurant, without the trouble of washing them by hand.
A SAFE THAT DESPENSES PILLS AT CERTAIN TIMES SO PEOPLE CANT MISUSE THEIR MEDICINE.

Using a certain device, hooking up to your brain and a computer, you think of an animation you want to make, for example. I write a book but am horrible at animating, but I always wanted to draw the fight scene between my characters, Kuroi, Azumi and Tomoyo.
Then, the computer will open a page asking how you want it animated, such as a certain anime style, or your own. Then, poof, an animation with absolutely no effort.
Sorry, i'm lazy.
You know the toggle on your rear view mirror that dims it so you don't have to stare into / be subject to the annoying LED headlights behind you? Can we get that for side mirrors too, please? Also, ban LED headlights while you're at it. ;)
How about an American education system that actually EDUCATES students instead of forcing them into becoming trained, group thinking employees without the ability to think critically? This would force a LOT of people to lose money but wouldn't it be worth it in the long run?
Pokémon and stuff from Pokémon ok ok but hear me out in a few years we could somehow we could modify the DNA 🧬 of animals to make Pokémon. And we have smart technology write? Boom you got poke balls! I rest my case...
