I'm talking nails on a chalkboard, the pulling of the little torn skin next to your fingernails, not D. Trump and Kardashian and that stuff.

When your chewing messes up and your bottom teeth crunch into your top teeth!
My little sister always picks her thicker scabs and the other day I heard it😖
When there is an unknown hair in your mouth!
The hand sanitizer with huge amounts of glycerol in it, so it's really slimy. Balloons or styrofoam squeaking too.
When people chew loudly like a effin' horse.
When people snap their gum while chewing it. Especially at work!
Loud motorcycles. For as long as I live I'll never understand why people trick their bikes out to shatter eardrums.
Hearing anyone hock a loogie (sp?). I know sometimes it has to come out, but I just cannot deal. I also have a touch of the Misophonia, so there's that.
Brushing my tongue. I know it's good for you but it literally makes me gag and spit up my toothpaste!
Same. My dentist told me to close my mouth when I do it to help. It works 85% of the time.
When people - especially kids - play with balloons, squeezing them. It makes a sound that I just can't handle. Really. Same with styrofoam or some of the transparent wrapping plastic.
Cars with sound systems so loud that they rattle windows & you can feel the base pounding your head 4 cars behind. How can they even make out the music ?
I was at a highschool soccer game and this 10 year old is like "Oh My GoD" in the one voice that EVERYONE HATES and I died
The feel of tissues. I inherited from my dad who hates the feel of cotton.
Pulling clumps of hair out the shower drain.
Scratching paper, and yelling in a quiet room.
Ooh I feel you for the shower drain hair... And food in the kitchen sink...
When someone breathes super loud. I get that maybe health and other factors could affect it, but it just bothers me so much.
Soggy paper straws. Or lollipop sticks. Really anything paper related that goes in your mouth and gets gooey.
When I am driving on a highway with the flow of traffic and i get an incredibly close tailgater, Hey buddy, if I stop suddenly, the laws of physics aren't on your side.
When I see myself naked
Nails on blackboard
Seeing someone cut themselves
Rodents of any kind
Being between trucks and concrete walls on freeway
This reminds me of my late grandma♥️ I used to have a dwarf lop-eared bunny that was super friendly and looked like an adorable little powder puff. My grandma was terrified of him because he was a rodent. She totally freaked out when I rescued and raised a newborn squirrel Lolol I miss her so much.☮️
Wool! I want to wash my hands if I feel wool. Even worse - wet wool!
For some reason when people fold and crease a piece of paper with their fingernails. Nails on a chalkboard, fine, but the paper thing literally gives me goosebumps and makes me cringe.
TICKS. I will publicly (& hysterically) embarrass myself and everyone around me if I get a tick on me. I find them so absolutely repulsive that I have no control over my reaction. All my hair is standing on end just thinking about it.
Having to wait for a traffic light while under a freeway overpass. I live where earthquakes are probable.
When someone uses the phrase "you guys" when talking about their children I have no idea why this phrase makes me cringe. It's only when it's in a parent/child(ren) dynamic doesn't bother me in any other context 🤔🙄x
Mine is sort of a weird one, but when people scratch the ceiling, it doesn't sit right with me
People who pronounce where I work as the “liberry”
Hair that’s not attached to somebody. Loose hair will literally make me freak out, or make me sick.
People who use RIP instead of saying Rest in Peace, I hate it, it's so disrespectful and looks and sounds awful . RIP your heart out. RIP to shreds. Even reading it makes me wince. Have the respect to write the actual words please.
Those rainstick instruments, whenever someone uses one it makes my neck tingle and I hate it.
And when people pronounce Crayon as Crown
