For me, it’s “This Love” by Maroon 5.

"Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance. The original, and the covers are all great.
"Amaranth," Nightwish.
The Dairy of Jane by Breaking Benjamin (Really anything by them was insanely popular at my high school. They were featured in the opening for the student-run TV announcements for a solid two years.)
Star Witness by Neko Case, from her album The Fox Confessor Brings the Flood (2006). It was hard to choose just one song from that album.
Do You Realize by The Flaming Lips in 2002. Beautiful, sweeping layers of musical genius, coupled with poignant and impactful lyrics.
Mmmm, I'd have to say ( after a lot of thought )..... "Sleep alone" by Bat for Lashes... Her sound was really something new, and led to a long term admiration for her as an artist...
Harry Style’s songs. My favorite one right now is golden because it applies to my life right now. Also not only is Harry an amazing singer, but he’s overall just an amazing person and not afraid to be his amazing self even in front of a camera.
I think this post is about the decade 2000-2010? That singer wasn't around back then.
